Glimpses of Glory: The Mystery called Heaven

Writing this book has been a journey of deep reflection, spiritual awakening, and profound longing for eternity. The idea was not born out of casual curiosity but from an unshakable inner stirring—a calling I believe came from the Holy Spirit. As I meditated on the Word of God, especially during moments of loss, stillness, or awe in worship, my heart began to yearn more deeply for the place Jesus called “paradise.” I realized that heaven is not merely a theological concept or a distant hope, but a real, living reality that shapes how we live here on earth.

For years, I treated heaven as a beautiful idea reserved for funerals and far-off days, until life events confronted me with the certainty of mortality and the eternity that follows. In those moments, I discovered how little many believers—including myself—really knew about our eternal home. I became convicted that the Church needed to rediscover its eternal perspective. Heaven must return to the forefront of our faith, not just as a destination, but as a present hope that shapes our choices, fuels our endurance, and lifts our eyes from the fleeting to the eternal.
