BMS031 Fat Daddy's High Lands Black Mocha Stout 602 (All Grain)

This is a clone beer of Highland Brewing Company's Black Mocha Stout. We feel it is a very good clone of the original beer. This beer is no longer brewed and is a loss to us all. This beer is well balanced with a full body. Expect copious amounts of chocolate and coffee flavor. The finish is smooth with hop flavor that lingers on the back of your tongue. 

Strike Water: 15 qts (1.5 qts/lb)     

Absorption: 2.2 gal

Sparge Water: 5 gal

Strike Water Temp: 168F

Mash Temp: 151F

Pre-Boil liquid: 6.5 gal

Makes 5 gallons
