Harlequins Scarf
A festive accessory for Mardi Gras in 3 yarn weights.
Laissez les bons temps rouler with a fun diamond pattern for carnival season. The stranded colorwork (fair isle) motif is given as both a chart and written pattern, which can be added into any project you dream up.
Detailed instructions for three different scarves are included in the pattern to get you started: a worsted weight children’s scarf with tassels, a circular DK weight scarf, and an oversized adult scarf in sport weight yarn. This last project shows the possibilities of using color combinations beyond Mardi Gras’ purple, green, and gold.
