Christmas Baking Schedule Spreadsheet | Cookie Batch Calculator, Bake Day Planner & Shopping List for Excel & Google Sheets

Plan every cookie you're baking this December in one sheet. Type how many dozen you need; it works out batches, oven time, the shopping list and which day to bake.

What's inside:

- Cookies tab (25 cookies): dozens needed, dozens per batch, trays and minutes per tray -> batches and oven hours fill in.

- Bake-date check against your give date: OK, Freeze it, Too early or Too late, based on how long each cookie keeps and whether it freezes.

- Ingredients tab: type ONE batch of each recipe; totals multiply by your batches.

- Shopping tab: every ingredient added up across all cookies, minus what you have on hand.

- Bake Days: Dec 1-31 calendar with cookies and oven hours per day; overloaded days are flagged.

- Gifts tab: cookie boxes by person, dozens and deliver-by date, checked against what you're baking.

Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (File > Import). Example cookies included so you can see it work.
