This course contains 12 lessons, spread over 4 themes: The basics, getting started, building a strategy and staying consistent. Each lesson contains an introduction, the actual theory and an action step that will help you make progress. All of the lessons are written out of my own experience and knowledge. There's also a bonus section at the end which goes a bit deeper. You can go through this course at your own pace, and make notes whenever you'd like.
