Use desktop Chrome, extract the ZIP and open resale.html locally. Enter and maintain your records manually; export JSON backups to keep editable copies of your inputs. The tracker needs no spreadsheet licence.

Track each item from purchase and listing to a completed sale. Include selling fees, packaging and seller-paid postage to see the surplus from sold items and the purchase cost tied up in unsold stock.

USING AND SAVING YOUR FILE

Download and extract the ZIP, then open the HTML file locally in your desktop browser. There is no subscription needed to use the supplied files. Browser-local saving is optional and off by default. It can vary with browser and security settings, so use the manual JSON export/import controls for dated input backups. A results CSV export is separate from the editable JSON backup. Data entered in this tool is not uploaded to a bank or cloud service.

REQUIREMENTS

Use a desktop browser that can open local HTML files and download CSV/JSON files. Checked in desktop Chrome; other browsers and mobile layouts have not been verified. The PDF can be viewed or printed with a PDF reader. No spreadsheet licence is needed for this HTML product.

PRACTICAL LIMITS

Platform fees are your own inputs and must match the sale you record. The tracker excludes tax and has no live fee lookup or marketplace connection. Account for all seller-paid postage and packaging.

Only sold items contribute to earned surplus. An empty sold price is unsold; a deliberate zero can be a completed sale when a sold date is provided. Unsold purchase cost shows money tied up in stock, not earned surplus.

There are no automatic notifications, messages, applications, transactions or live integrations. You enter and maintain the records and perform any real-world action yourself.

USE LICENCE

One purchaser may use and adapt the files for their own household or their own business's internal use, including internal team working copies. Do not resell, redistribute or publish the files or templates. Nothing in this licence removes your statutory rights.
