Aisol Chat Reviews
Customer testimonials for Framer that play in as a messenger conversation, bubble by bubble, when the section scrolls into view.
What you get
- One Framer code component (Aisol Chat Reviews), delivered as a Component URL.
- Four sample reviews with a reply, so it looks complete the moment you drop it in; without avatars it draws initials.
- Reviews from the panel or a Collection List, each with a name, avatar, star rating, review text and your reply.
- Controls for speed, typing dots, loop, header title and status, labels, colours, radius, font and text size.
- Free updates.
How it behaves
- Typing dots appear before each review, then the bubble slides in. A Replay button (and Enter on the focused chat) plays it again; it plays once unless you turn on loop.
- It starts when its top scrolls into view and pauses off screen or in a hidden tab. Reduced motion and the Framer canvas show the whole conversation at once.
- Every message is real text that screen readers read in order, with "Rated n out of 5" for the stars.
- Recommended CMS path: Chat Reviews with CMS Row on as the Collection List item, fields connected to CMS, and that list connected to a separate Chat Reviews section. Panel reviews and CMS Row render the bubbles on the server and reserve the conversation's height before the messages appear.
Limits
- A plain Collection List (layers named Name, Avatar, Rating, Text, Reply) shows the original list first, then converts to bubbles and adjusts its height once after load, so content below can move. Use CMS Row when the height must not change.
- The height reservation covers panel reviews and CMS Row only, not the rest of the page; web-font loading and later CMS edits can still change the height.
- Very long reviews make tall bubbles. Turn off the Collection List's pagination.
