Your sacral chakra (located below your belly button) is the energetic center of creativity, pleasure, intimacy, and abundance. When balanced, it allows you to fully express yourself, receive effortlessly, and enjoy experiencing the pleasures of being human.
When your sacral chakra is healthy, balanced, clear & flowing:

🌀 Ease receiving money, pleasure, and abundance.
🌀 Fulfilling intimate relationships with healthy boundaries.
🌀 Embodied presence in your power centre with full capacity to enjoy life’s pleasures.
Symptoms of an imbalanced sacral chakra:
- Feeling creatively stuck,, unworthy, or unable to receive compliments, money, or pleasure.
- Right side imbalance: Deep guilt and shame patterns that can turn into an “Inner critic” construct that feeds on this energy. Perfectionism where nothing feels good enough.
- Left side imbalance: Chronic frustration and disappointment at not receiving (or giving) what you truly desire, often accompanied by weak boundaries. Can stem from being bottle-fed as a child on a timer, as opposed to breast fed whenever needed.
- Physical symptoms: Reproductive issues, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn's disease, colitis, food intolerances or other digestive issues.
Part 1:
Addressing patterns held throughout your timeline, in particular;
RIGHT SIDE of the sacral (guilt, shame and the voice of the inner critic), the LEFT SIDE of the sacral (frustration and disappointment) and the FRONT of your sacral (how we relate to others and express ourselves).
Part 2:
Addressing blockages held in the BACK of your sacral related to receiving (money, abundance, support, pleasure, etc). We will ALSO work on expanding your field in order to make more space for you to receive the things you want to in life and increase your capacity for abundance.
This energy medicine session has been recorded with the intention of addressing the holographic field of anyone who will ever listen to it, at any point in time and place. It aims to bring harmony to your sacral chakra, with a focus on the imbalances listed above, bringing it into a healthy, balanced. clear and flowing state.

IMPORTANT POST SESSION CARE:
It is really important that you take a 20 minute epsom salt bath within a day or two to listening to this session (if you don't have a bath a footbath will do & putting your feet on the Earth will help).
The reason being - when we release tension from the biofield, this can correlate to tensions released from our body, and thus toxins also released. Epsom salt baths help pull out the toxins and assists with the clearing and rejuvenating process.
Some people may or may not feel "detoxy" symptoms which include feeling slightly lethargic, or emotional - this is normal and they will pass.
The baths help! ;)
