Tested scope

Version 0.1.0 passed 22 automated tests plus clean extraction and preview/apply/validate/rollback smoke checks on Windows 11 with Python 3.11. The source parses under Python 3.9 grammar; Python 3.9 runtime, macOS, and Linux have not been executed by the seller.
