Expired Listing Postcard Mailer - Editable 5x7 Canva Template for Real Estate Agents

Get back in front of expired-listing sellers with a postcard that says what they are already thinking: "Your Home Didn't Fail. The First Plan Did."

This editable Canva template is a double-sided 5x7 postcard (7 x 5 inches, landscape) made for mailing to expired listing addresses.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Front: bold headline over your own local photo, with your name, brokerage and phone.

Back: a short pitch, four reasons to call, your headshot and contact details, plus a clear mailing panel for the stamp and address.

HOW IT WORKS:

After purchase you download a PDF with your private Canva template link. Open it, click "Use template", and Canva saves a copy to your own account. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your details, add your headshot and photo, then download a print-ready PDF.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Works with a free Canva account.

Every text box, colour and photo frame is editable.

Your photos and logos are not included; placeholders show where yours go.

Digital product, nothing is shipped. Printing and postage are not included.

Confirm postcard size and mailing rules with your printer or post office.

For use in your own business; not for resale or redistribution.

Check your brokerage, MLS and state rules on soliciting expired listings before mailing.
