If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your painting experience. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.
How does appointment scheduling work?
To complete booking email tfm.ctx@gmail.com with BOOKING REQUEST in the subject line. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book any event. This amount goes toward the total cost of the experience.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before event date.
If needing to reschedule or cancel the event a minimum of 48 hour notice must be provided to accommodate catering needs.
Is it possible to book more than one experience at a time?
For sure! You simply need to purchase the desired package and we will be able to get everything booked. Subject to availability at the time.
