This purchase is a non-exclusive license to use the beat. You do not own the beat. This lease has no expiration, provided the song remains within the limits of this license.

If the song reaches 20,000 streams on Spotify or 50,000 total streams across all platforms, the license terms must be re-negotiated. Re-negotiation may include royalty splits (including streaming, sales, airplay, and public performance) or an upfront payment to upgrade to an exclusive/ownership agreement.

Once the exclusive license is purchased, the beat will no longer be available for sale. This does not affect existing leases, anyone who bought a lease before the exclusive purchase may still release music under the original lease terms.
