Let's Go

These books are excellent — full of useful details, useful explanations, useful code. I keep coming back to them, over and over again.

They're already pretty great. But the fact that Alex keeps them up to date, and provides the updates for free, makes them even better.

Well written. Easy to understand. A perfect resource for learning go. Buy it!

I come from the PHP world and wanted to learn how to build websites using Go. This book did a fantastic job of teaching all of that! I appreciate how Alex made sure this book was informative, while also not getting too bogged down on ideas. He also does a fantastic job of explaining WHY something needs to be done, or should be done a certain way, rather than just saying "it needs to be done this way because that's how it's done".

This book is easily my first recommendation for anyone wanting to learn Go and build websites with it.
