$999 — one-time
$400 for verified owners of the blueprint being built — if you already own the Gym (91), Food & Catering (92), or Senior & Wellness (93) blueprint, bought singly at $599 or via the 91+92+93 bundle, you pay the $400 owner install price instead. The $999 covers the blueprint for non-owners. Nobody is charged for the same design twice, in either direction, and ownership is verified against order records before booking.
This is the done-for-you route: one blueprint — Gym & Fitness (91), Food & Catering (92), or Senior & Wellness (93) — built into your own GoHighLevel sub-account, branded with your details, connected, tested end-to-end by me personally, and handed over with a written run-book. You build nothing.
- The chosen blueprint, built asset for asset — funnel(s), pipeline, workflows, calendars, forms, and the template pack, per the blueprint document, inside your sub-account
- The branding pass — your logo, colors, and business details loaded into every custom value; one render-check per page/template
- The connections — phone number hookup plus A2P registration guidance (the registration itself is your submission on your own account), email sending domain connection, and staff calendar sync
- The full test pass — I personally run the blueprint's full test protocol (test lead → every workflow → STOP suppression → handoff checks) before handover, and you keep the written test log
- The written run-book handover — what was built, where everything lives, how to do the five routine tasks (add a lead by hand, read the pipeline, pause a workflow, change a custom value, run the STOP test), what was left unconnected and why, and the correction-round instructions
- Project 93 installs only — the anti-PHI QA pass as a named deliverable: the anti-PHI QA checklist, signed off item by item. A Project 93 install expressly does not deliver HIPAA compliance
What this is, plainly: a fixed-scope build, tested, on a defined clock — that is the only claim this service makes. The system organizes and follows up the demand you create; it does not create demand. No leads, bookings, move-ins, members, or revenue are promised, because no build honestly can promise them.
Your account, your access, your passwords stay yours. You must already have (or get) your own GoHighLevel agency-level account. You invite me as a user on your account with the permissions the build needs — you never give me your password, and you can remove my access the moment we finish. Your GHL subscription and any usage costs are yours, paid by you directly to GoHighLevel.
You are not buying software here. You rent GoHighLevel from GoHighLevel directly, at your own cost; this service is the build inside the account you own. My access is removed at handover, or at the end of the correction round.
The rules, adopted and stated in the open: 1 install in flight at a time — a waitlist is honest, and no queue-jump fee is offered. Scope is one business, one niche blueprint, one location — multi-location builds, a second niche, and extra funnels or workflows beyond the blueprint are out of scope, each a separate quote decision, never silently absorbed. The clock is 10 business days from completed access + completed intake — both, not either: completed access means my user seat works and permissions are verified; completed intake means every required field in the intake questionnaire is answered, including custom-values content and brand assets. When both are complete, I confirm your start date and your day-10 handover date in writing. Delays caused by your own missing intake, access, or A2P approval pause the clock, and any pause is communicated in writing when it happens, never retroactively. A2P registration approval timing is GoHighLevel's and the carriers' — it sits outside the delivery clock.
Your correction round: one round within 7 days of handover — fixes to what was built (wrong value, broken step, copy error against the intake). New scope is not a correction.
Lateness = full refund: if handover hasn't happened by business day 10 after the clock starts, you may take a full refund instead — your choice.
Snapshot retention is OFF: nothing is retained or reused from your account — no snapshot, no copy of your build — without your signed written permission. Default: no retention, no reuse, no exceptions.
What you receive at purchase is one downloadable file: the intake/welcome PDF, with what happens next and the full intake questionnaire. The service itself is delivered inside your own account, not as a download.
What you do NOT get: a GoHighLevel account or subscription (yours, paid by you directly to GoHighLevel), leads, bookings, move-ins, members, or any result promise, ongoing admin inside your account after handover and the correction round, or HIPAA compliance on a Project 93 install. If you bought a Project 94 Funnel Asset Pack ($199), note plainly: a pack is not a partial payment toward this service, and pack owners get no priority in the install queue. The sibling done-for-you service — the DM Lead Engine, Installed (Project 88, $1,497, a ManyChat DM build) — is a separate service with its own intake, clock, and capacity slot; booking one does not include or book the other. If you'd rather build it yourself, each blueprint is sold on its own: Gym (91), Food & Catering (92), and Senior & Wellness (93) at $599 each, or all three together for $1,449.
FAQ:
Q: What exactly is the first thing I download?
A: The intake/welcome PDF — what happens next, plus the intake questionnaire (business identity, which blueprint, your offer and terms, brand assets, account access, your team, and, for Senior & Wellness installs, one required confirmation). It is the only downloadable file for this service; the build itself happens in your account.
Q: I already own the blueprint. What do I pay?
A: $400 — the verified-owner install price. Owners bought the blueprint singly at $599 or via the 91+92+93 bundle; either way, ownership is verified against order records before booking, and your confirmed price is the price in writing before your clock starts.
Q: I don't own the blueprint yet. Do I have to buy it separately first?
A: No. The $999 covers the blueprint for non-owners — the blueprint document is part of the engagement, along with the build, branding, connections, testing, and run-book. You never pay $599 + $999 for the same design.
Q: When does my 10 business days start?
A: When both halves are complete: my user access to your account works with the permissions the build needs, AND your intake questionnaire is fully answered. Not at purchase. When both land, I confirm your start date and your day-10 handover date in writing.
Q: What if I don't have a GoHighLevel account yet?
A: Get your own agency-level account first — the clock doesn't start until you have one and my access is verified. You pay GoHighLevel directly for your subscription and usage; nothing about your account is bought through me.
Q: What if the build is late?
A: Then the refund rule applies: if handover hasn't happened by business day 10 after the clock starts, you may take a full refund instead. Pauses caused by your own missing intake, access, or A2P approval are communicated in writing when they happen.
Q: How many installs do you run at once?
A: One. 1 install in flight at a time, stated here so the clock stays honest. There is no fee to jump the queue.
Q: Do you keep a copy of my account or build?
A: No. Snapshot retention is OFF by default — nothing is retained or reused from your account without your signed written permission.
Q: We're a senior-living community. Does an install make us HIPAA compliant?
A: No — expressly not. A Project 93 install includes the anti-PHI QA pass as a named deliverable (the checklist, signed off item by item), and the build is marketing-only and collects no health information. It does not deliver HIPAA compliance; if you are a covered entity, have your own compliance review before use.
Q: I bought a $199 Funnel Asset Pack (Project 94). Does it count toward this?
A: No. A pack is not a partial payment toward the Install, and pack ownership gives no queue priority. That line is printed in the pack's own materials too.
Q: Is the ManyChat install included?
A: No. The DM Lead Engine, Installed (Project 88, $1,497) is a sibling done-for-you service on a different platform layer, with its own intake, clock, and capacity slot. A client may book both; each is booked and delivered separately.
Q: Can you build two locations, or two niches, in one engagement?
A: No — scope is one business, one niche blueprint, one location. A second location or niche is a separate engagement or a separate quote decision, never silently absorbed.
Q: What happens to your access when we finish?
A: It's removed at handover, or at the end of the correction round — you can remove my user seat the moment we finish, and the handover states the removal date in writing. Ongoing admin inside your account is not this service.
