Chai Latte Cowl

The Chai Latte Cowl is perfect as a take-a-long project to meet up at the local coffee shop to hang out and knit with friends! With only a 2-row repeat, it is easy to carry on a conversation and knit at the same time. The Chai Latte Cowl begins with a 2 x 1 ribbing transitioning into a Broken Rib pattern. As you work the cowl, a faux cable created by yarn overs and decreases create a stockinette section which widens as the Broken Rib pattern decreases, highlighting the contrast of the two stitch patterns. The top border of the cowl is worked in a 2 x 1 ribbing creating a complementary finish!
