Level Up Reading - Level D
Is your child struggling with reading? Are they stuck on one level and having trouble getting to the next? Are you at a loss for how to help them? Or are you a parent of a 3 year old, or older but not yet in Kindergarten?
Let me help you! I’ve been an elementary teacher for 30+ years, teaching 1st and 2nd graders how to read. I know a lot of tips and tricks your child needs to grow their reading abilities, behaviors that your child should be using, and various ways to build on their learning to finally having the “light turn on” and giving your child a love of reading!
If you are wondering what a leveled reader is, or how to know what books are level A, etc., you can order books from Amazon, or Barnes and Noble, that are specifically labeled with the level. Or, if you know a title of a book and aren’t sure what level it is, you can put it into Google and possibly find the level. That only works like 50% of the time though. Best bet would be to order them off Amazon.
My downloadable reading checklists can be purchased by grade level, reading specific behaviors, vocabulary words (coming soon), or as a complete set to get them from level A-Z.
