Healthy Eating Planner/Journal for 2023 - This past January, 2023, I said I wasn't going to make any new

year's resolutions, especially about weight loss - nope! I wasn't going to do it! But.... inwardly I did! Studies have shown that a significant number of people struggle to maintain their resolutions long term. Maintaining a resolution requires consistent effort and dedication. Maybe your scenario is like mine or similar to mine.


June is around the corner. From June 1st to the end of the year is 214 days. It's a good check point to reassess your new year's resolution for weight loss. You get to "restart" on June 1st and you'll have 214 days to lose weight, become healthier, and your doctor will probably discontinue some of your medication - you'll look good and feel great!


I have created this simple planner to help you become "consistent and dedicated" in sticking to you weight loss goals for the remainder of this year. Having a check-off list and being able to check off your successes each day will provide you with motivation and a sense of accomplishment! So c'mon - let's do this. We've got nothing to lose except weight, self-pity, and any other negative thoughts.
