What is AMRAP?
AMRAP stands for "As Many Rounds As Possible." Each workout consists of a curated set of exercises to be completed in sequence. Your goal is simple: perform 10 reps of each exercise in the circuit and repeat the cycle as many times as you can within 30 minutes.
