wasnt rigged at all

i bought this for a rush avi and it said it was pre rigged.. it wasnt, it had a whole armature but nothing was actually rigged

The sneakers are in fact weighted after review of files as the Vertex Groups are Present. All you had to do was assign it to the armature in the modifiers tab. That is based on your own blender knowledge not my products fault.
