A quick way to score the Conners 3. All you have to do is enter in the raw scores from each of the raters and the easy to use excel form will automatically fill in the T scores and ADHD scores for clients. Included are three spreadsheets (Parent, Teacher, and Self-report) and an excel spreadsheet that will let you easily compare the T scores of all three raters' responses with a line graph. This autoscoring template uses American norms. The template should only be used by mental health and medical professionals with at least some experience scoring the Conners 3.
