• Check-Ins, a short recurring review so accountability does not depend on memory
• Contributors, the people involved, with workload and completion rate tracked automatically

How it works

You agree on a few shared values. Those values justify your goals. Each goal breaks into milestones, and each milestone breaks into tasks that a contributor owns. Every week or two, someone logs a short check-in against a goal.

From that structure alone, the template calculates:

• Goal and milestone progress, as a percentage of completed tasks
• Budget remaining and budget used, from the cost logged on each task
• A stage level health warning that flags a milestone as at risk before its deadline arrives
• Workload and completion rate for every contributor
