Standing Qi Gong

to reduce stress, tension and build relaxed strength stability

Course Description

This 10-part course offers a progressive exploration of Zhang Zhuang or Standing Qi Gong. Each session builds on the last—refining alignment, releasing unnecessary tension, and developing a clearer internal connection throughout the body.

You’ll learn how to build a strong, well-integrated structure, uniting posture, breath, and awareness into a single practice. As the body opens and the nervous system settles, strength and stillness develop side by side.
