Understanding My Gifted Self™ is a research-informed social-emotional learning workbook created specifically for gifted learners in Grades 3–6. Through student-friendly information, meaningful reflection, creative activities, and guided conversations, students explore how they think, learn, feel, connect, and grow.

The workbook includes five progressive units:

1. Discovering Me
2. Growing My Gifted Potential
3. Finding My People
4. Understanding My Gifted Brain
5. Leadership & Purpose

Students explore self-awareness, emotional regulation, perfectionism, resilience, friendships, communication, self-advocacy, creativity, leadership, and purpose.

Designed for flexible use throughout the school year, the workbook works well in gifted classrooms, pull-out programs, small groups, counseling settings, and individual reflection.
