Responding Under Pressure | Team Facilitation Kit

Responding Under Pressure | Team Facilitation Kit

Give your internal facilitators a ready-to-run way to help employees handle difficult workplace conversations with greater clarity. Choose a 20-minute session or a 60-minute workshop, with detailed guidance, a PowerPoint deck with speaker notes, and participant practice materials already prepared.

Participants work through a realistic workplace scenario, receive feedback, retry their opening, and plan one real conversation. They practice three actions: notice what happened and the story they added to it, respond with a clear question, and agree on an action, owner, timing, and way to flag risk.

License at a glance

The standard Team Kit is licensed to one purchasing legal entity for internal employee development. It covers up to four active facilitators and 150 unique participants over 24 months, with unlimited internal sessions during that term. You can deliver sessions virtually or in person. The license agreement and order confirmation control the full terms.

External client delivery, recording or replay, broad LMS or intranet publication, use by another legal entity, resale, and train-the-trainer rights require a separate written arrangement. Independent facilitators serving clients can contact Magno Enterprises LLC about a Practitioner Client Delivery License.
