#0004. ❝ BUBBLES: PSD COLORING

❝ DESCRIPTION: Two psd colorings with an emphasis on yellow, blue and white colors. Red, green, pink and purple colors tend to get muted with these colorings.

❝ POC_FRIENDLY?: V1 was not made with poc in mind, as it will yellow wash some skintones. Best used on light skintones. V2 is poc friendly, but it's best used on medium to dark skin tones due to its intensity.

❝ BASED_ON: Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls.
