By purchasing or accessing any digital product from The Graveyard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms within this Agreement.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏 — 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase, access, or use any product distributed by the Seller.

By completing your purchase, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐 — 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞

Purchases grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal-use license.

This license does not permit:

- Sharing files with any individual

- Uploading avatars to another person’s VRChat account

- Making avatars publicly accessible

- Distributing original or edited files

- Transferring ownership in any form

Editing is allowed only if the avatar remains clearly recognizable as the original creation.

All rights remain with the Seller.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑 — 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Customers must provide accurate and complete information at checkout.

If purchasing as a gift, both the purchaser’s and recipient’s names must be included (example: “Your Name / Recipient’s Name”).

False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in revoked access.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟒 — 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤

Files may not be shared with third parties such as riggers, uploaders, editors, or converters without written permission obtained through a support ticket.

All edited versions remain subject to these Terms and may not be shared under any circumstance.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟓 — 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬, 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

- Reselling any product

- Redistributing files in any form

- Uploading to any website, platform, or file-sharing service

- Sharing or trading assets

- Leaking original or modified versions

- Selling or exchanging edited versions

Violations may lead to:

-Permanent ban

- Public blacklisting

- DMCA enforcement

- Possible legal action

You may not extract, reuse, repurpose, disassemble, or reverse-engineer assets from the avatars.

Third-party assets used within products must be obtained directly from their original creators.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟕 — 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭

When using an avatar in livestreams, videos, social media posts, or adult content, you must credit The Graveyard as the original avatar creator.

Commercial use of any product—including monetized content, promotional material, merchandise, or advertisements—requires prior written approval from the Seller.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟖 — 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

You may not copy, recreate, replicate, imitate, or produce near-identical versions of any avatar.

Inspiration is permitted; duplication is not.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟗 — 𝐀𝐈 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Products may not be uploaded to, used with, or used to train any AI model, dataset, machine-learning tool, or automated system.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟎 — 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰

Support is available for 30 days following the purchase date through the official Discord server.
