In this video, I explore the genetics of the Ancient North Eurasians (ANE), a pivotal Upper Paleolithic population from Siberia and Central Asia. By utilizing Admixtools and my custom Trait Predictor software, I analyze three significant genomes: the Tutkaul individual, Afontova Gora 3, and the Mal’ta Buret’ boy.

I break down the complex genetic affinities of ANE using F4, F2, and Fst statistical models, highlighting how these ancient lineages relate to modern populations. Finally, I present detailed phenotype and health risk predictions for each of these individuals, providing a unique look into their lives, traits, and evolutionary legacy.
