The Gingerbread House

In 1944, an American pilot is shot down over the Black Forest. Injured and on the run from enemy patrols, he follows the smell of gingerbread to a remote cabin. There he meets an old woman named Katharina. Katharina is a witch who turns him into a little girl and puts him to work cleaning her cabin, cooking her meals, and tending her animals.

But the more time he spends with Katharina, the more he realizes she's not a storybook witch and discovers the greatest magic of all.
