Welcome to my Growth Mindset for Gritty Learners page. I have created this course with the intention of teaching children about growth mindset and nurturing resilience. It is written to empower parents, caregivers and teachers because we are the ones who are modelling to our children, so the work begins with us.

Growth Mindset for Gritty Learners is the first of two courses that go hand in hand. This course explains what mindset is, how it effects yours and your childs' everyday life and how to change your mindset from fixed to growth.

My second course unpacks how mindset and motivation are intricately connected and how nurturing a growth mindset and intrinsic motivation are critical to being a resilient, gritty learner.

This course involves some reading, reflection and inner work. There are three downloadable funsheets to assist you with this work.
