So I wrote down everything that I ate over 30 days so I could share it with you guys! Now remember, I’m not telling you on how to eat, this is simply what I do and it works great for me.
My diet consists of 80% whole foods. Something I truly believe that will make human beings
perform better, feel better & look better. My diet is CONSISTENT, BASIC & REPETITIVE! To really
