How does break-even work? Enter expected quantities, prices, direct unit costs, planned direct event costs, and your own fee rate. Missing, zero, or non-positive inputs return Check inputs. The result is arithmetic, not a sales forecast or recommendation to attend.


Are marketplace fees filled in automatically? No. Every rate and fee is entered by you. Verify each amount from the source that applies to your business.


Does it import Etsy or processor orders? No. The Sales Log accepts summarized rows you enter and does not connect to a marketplace, bank, card processor, inventory system, or customer database.


How is the free calculator different? The free calculator plans one event and up to ten products. The paid system adds multiple fair applications/payment dates, statuses, larger capacity, actual results, Dashboard, and channel roll-up.


Do I receive Excel and Google Sheets? Yes, after the Google Sheets delivery passes private import/readback and signed-out customer-link checks. A Google account is required to make and keep your own copy. No paid add-on is used.


Can I use it for my handmade business? Yes. One purchaser may adapt the files internally for one handmade business. The license does not permit redistribution, resale, client delivery, or white-label use.
