25 Hard Bible Passages Unlocked

Understand the difficult passages that can leave you confused about what God has freely given you in Christ.

Have you ever come across a difficult Bible passage that made you question your salvation, your relationship with God, or what you thought the Gospel meant?

Many of these passages are used to create fear, confusion, and uncertainty—leaving Christians feeling unstable and wondering if they can lose what God has freely given them.

I’ve spent 35 years studying Scripture and trying to better understand what God has freely given us through Christ.

In this study, I take 25 difficult Bible passages and walk through the context, the people being addressed, why the passage was written, and what the surrounding Scriptures have to say.

My goal isn't to avoid the difficult passages.

It’s to unlock them.

You’ll discover how these passages fit within the larger message of Scripture and the Gospel of grace—and why understanding the context can completely change the way you read them.

Inside you’ll find explanations of passages about:

• Salvation and eternal security
• Sin, law, and grace
• Repentance and forgiveness
• Israel and the Gentiles
• Falling away
• Enduring to the end
• Faith and works
• Difficult teachings of Jesus
• And other passages that are often used to create confusion about salvation
•

My hope is that these studies will help you move from confusion to clarity, fear to freedom, and uncertainty to confidence in Christ.

You don't have to be afraid of the difficult passages.

Let's unlock them together and discover what Scripture says about the incredible gift God has freely given us in Christ.
