Includes 4 week gym program using a mobile compatible sheet so you can track your progress. It's a 5 day training split, 3 lower & 2 upper body days. You'll receive the e-book with important information as well as calorie & macro targets and 5 sample meal plans to help you on the way.

Once purchased you will receive a download link, you will then be emailed the training program from me. Please allow up to 12hrs for this, it will depend on what time you purchase the plan (most cases it will be very quick).
