All customization details must be emailed after purchase.

• Graduate’s name

• Graduation year

• School colors

• High‑resolution photo(s)

• Any additional text or personalization

• High‑quality, high‑resolution photos are required.

• No screenshots or photos of photos — these will not print clearly.

• If your photo will not work, you will be contacted to provide a new one.

Proof & Approval

• A digital proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours after your customization email is received.

• Please review all spelling and details carefully.

• Orders will not be printed until the proof is approved.

• Delayed responses will delay production and shipping.
