Christmas Swag

Would you like to create a Christmas swag to decorate your home this holiday season?

A Christmas swag is a festive decoration that can be hung on a door or wall.

This recipe features an original idea I developed for creating a Christmas swag. The construction method is very simple, yet the finished piece looks charming, elegant, and stylish—almost like it was created by a professional designer.

This recipe was also one of the most popular projects in my previous design classes.

As you combine the materials and finish the design, you will learn to pay attention to balance, movement, and rhythm. Even when following the same recipe, each swag will have its own unique character.

Use the photographs as a guide and enjoy creating your own design. It doesn’t have to look exactly like the example. Your finished swag is your own creation.

Hang it in your favorite place and enjoy the beauty of the holiday season!
