What is this journey about?
Somatic Waves is a series of twelve micro-moments of regulation that help you navigate challenging moments. Each micro-moment is designed on a proven therapeutic body-based approach and requires less than 10 minutes.
How we’ll be tending to your nervous system?
Through this Somatic Waves journey we'll float, swim, dive and plunge through micro moments of regulation that you can easily incorporate into your daily activities. The practices will help you release traumatic energy stored in your body by restoring regulation and empowering you to respond authentically, freely, and creatively to life's complexities.
What sets Somatic Waves apart?
The micro-moments leverage somatic, mindfulness, meditation, tapping, vagus nerve resets, breathwork, movement, EMDR and parts work practices paired with Sirena Psychotherapy's differentiated, eclectic approach to give you unique micro-moments of regulation.

Why use this format?
The nervous system doesn’t respond well to big, sudden changes. The language the nervous system understands is based on consistent, small, and repetitive practices.
Your nervous system will gather signals of safety through these micro-moments, that through consistency lead to a bigger transformation. You are going to stop thinking your way out of stress, burn-out and stagnation, and start using body-based tools to start shifting your internal state.
This format also allows you to engage in these micro moments, at your own pace, in your own time from any where you like.
What do I need to take the plunge?
There are no requirements to take this plunge! Come as you are. You only need your body, a few minutes each day, headphones and the motivation to try.
