This book was born out of love for my friends. As a solo entrepreneur with a perpetually hectic schedule, I find it super important to know what I'm putting into my body to fuel my passions throughout the day. Friends and colleagues often commented on how, with this crazed of a lifestyle, it's "too hard" to eat healthy. And what does healthy mean anyway? What's the deal with all of those ingredients and how are they helping?
