DIGITAL DESIGN TERMS OF USE

By purchasing and downloading any digital file from this shop, you agree to the following Terms

of Use. These terms are intended to protect my artwork, business, and intellectual property.

GENERAL TERMS

You MAY:

• Use purchased designs for personal use.

• Use purchased designs on physical finished products that you create and sell, subject to the

product-specific terms below.

• Send purchased files to a third-party printer, production partner, or local shop to create

physical items for your personal or business orders.

You MAY NOT:

• Copy, trace, alter, recreate, or claim any design as your own.

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, trade, transfer, or sublicense any digital file.

• Upload files to any website, cloud storage, membership group, print-on-demand marketplace,

social media group, or file-sharing platform.

• Include any part of my artwork in digital design bundles, templates, kits, resources, or

collections.

• Sell, license, or distribute my artwork in any digital format unless specifically permitted in the

product-specific terms below.

• Use my artwork to train, develop, or create AI-generated content, datasets, prompts, or

machine-learning models.

• Remove watermarks from preview images prior to purchase.

Access to purchased files is granted only to the name and email address used during checkout.

If you are purchasing a file for another person, please use their name and email address at

checkout so the license can be issued directly to them. Sharing files, account access, or

download links with others is strictly prohibited.

Licenses are non-transferable. Purchases may not be made on behalf of another individual,

business, organization, or client unless that person or business is listed as the purchaser at

checkout. Each person or business requiring access to a design must purchase their own

license.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any employees, assistants, virtual assistants,

production partners, contractors, or representatives who access the files comply with these

Terms of Use. Any violation by those parties will be considered a violation by the purchaser.

Purchasers may not trademark, copyright, or otherwise claim exclusive ownership rights to any

artwork, design, phrase, or element purchased from this shop. All rights remain with the original

designer.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the designer. Purchasing a file grants a license to

use the artwork according to these terms; ownership and copyright are not transferred.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of file access without refund.

SEAMLESS DESIGNS

Seamless designs are licensed for use on physical products only.

You MAY:

• Print the design on physical products such as fabric, tumblers, shirts, blankets, stationery, and

similar items for personal or small business use.

• Send the file to a manufacturer or print shop to create products for your orders.

• Use the design in product mockups, website listings, online shops, social media posts, and

advertising materials for products you personally sell, provided the design is displayed with a

visible watermark or other reasonable protection against theft.

You MAY NOT:

• Sell, share, or distribute the seamless file itself.

• Upload the file to print-on-demand websites.

• Use the file to create digital products of any kind.

• Convert the design into clipart, templates, backgrounds, overlays, embroidery files, SVGs, or

any other digital resource.

• Allow a print shop to retain the file for use with other customers.

• Use unwatermarked mockups that allow the design to be copied, extracted, or stolen.

If a print shop wishes to offer the design to other customers, they must purchase their own

license directly from this shop.

PNG DESIGNS

PNG designs are licensed for use on physical finished products only.

You MAY:

• Use the design on shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers, signs, bags, and other physical products.

• Send the file to a printer or production partner for fulfillment of your orders.

• Use the design in product mockups, website listings, online shops, social media posts, and

advertising materials for products you personally sell, provided the design is displayed with a

visible watermark or other reasonable protection against theft.

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, or distribute the PNG file.

• Use the design in any digital product.

• Use the design in templates, mockups for resale, printables, digital downloads, editable files,

or design resources.

• Modify the artwork and claim it as your own creation.

• Use unwatermarked mockups that allow the design to be copied, extracted, or stolen.

Production partners may only use the file to fulfill your orders. They may not retain, reuse, or

offer the design to other customers unless they purchase their own copy.

CLIPART

Clipart is licensed for use in finished products and certain finished digital products.

You MAY:

• Use clipart in physical finished products.

• Use clipart as part of a completed digital design where the clipart is incorporated into a larger

original composition.

• Create invitations, planners, journals, stickers, printable products, and other finished digital

items that contain significant creative additions.

• Use the clipart in product mockups, website listings, online shops, social media posts, and

advertising materials for products you personally sell, provided the artwork is displayed with a

visible watermark or other reasonable protection against theft.

You MAY NOT:

• Sell clipart as standalone files.

• Extract, separate, or redistribute individual clipart elements.

• Create clipart packs, digital paper packs, design resources, templates, or graphic bundles

using my artwork.

• Use clipart in a manner that allows customers to easily extract, copy, or reuse the artwork.

• Offer the artwork in editable formats where the graphics can be removed and reused.

• Use unwatermarked mockups that allow the artwork to be copied, extracted, or stolen.

Your finished digital product must add substantial creative value and must not compete with the

original artwork.

INTERACTION GRAPHICS

Interaction graphics are licensed for use in groups, social media posts, games, events, and

engagement activities.

You MUST:

• Keep a visible watermark on all interaction graphics when posting online.

• Ensure the watermark remains readable and unobstructed.

You MAY NOT:

• Remove, crop out, cover, blur, or alter the watermark.

• Share blank files with others.

• Claim the graphics as your own work.

• Edit, recreate, or redistribute the files.

Only the purchaser may access and use the original files.

ENFORCEMENT

I actively monitor for copyright infringement and unauthorized use of my artwork.

Violation of these Terms of Use may result in:

• Immediate termination of your license.

• Revocation of file access without refund.

• Removal requests issued to marketplaces, websites, and social media platforms.

• Copyright infringement claims where applicable.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any file from this shop, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
