Response & Mitigation Planning: The register captures a Treatment Strategy, a detailed Action Plan, a named Owner responsible for execution, and a live Status. This transforms the register from a passive log into an active management tool with clear accountability.

Financial & Programme Tracking: The template records an Estimated Cost Impact and an Estimated Schedule Impact in days for every open risk.
