Due to the nature of digital products and customized services, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. This includes—but is not limited to—Tax Academies, CRMs, Credit DIY Courses, JotForm builds, digital documents, branding services, templates, and software-related items.

If an issue arises with your order, we will do our best to assist you; however, refunds are not available. In approved situations, store credit only may be issued at the company’s discretion. Store credit can be used toward any future products or services but cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Standard processing time for Tax Academy setups, CRM builds, and Credit DIY Courses is typically 3–5 business days to allow time for building, branding, and testing.
• When you add the Rush Fee, your order is prioritized and completed within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
• The Rush Fee is non-refundable.
• All rush orders and digital products are also covered under our store credit only policy. No cash refunds will be issued.
