Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking your Intuitive Clarity Call. By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Intuitive Clarity Call is a full-day, voice-message-based intuitive guidance session. You and your guide will communicate via voice messages throughout the day on your chosen platform (WhatsApp or Telegram). Your guide will respond to your messages within a 2–3 hour window during the session day.

This is a one-on-one, personalized experience designed to offer intuitive insight and guidance. It is not a live, real-time phone or video call.

2. Booking & Payment

•       Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

•       All prices are listed and charged in USD.

•       Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

•       By completing payment you agree to all terms outlined in this document.

3. Scheduling & Session Day

•       You will receive a confirmation with your session date and instructions after booking.

•       Your guide will be available to exchange voice messages throughout the agreed session day.

•       Please allow up to 2–3 hours between each response. This window allows your guide to be fully present and intentional with each message.

•       Sessions begin and end within the same calendar day. Unused session time does not carry over.

•       Please confirm your preferred messaging platform (WhatsApp or Telegram) in your intake form prior to your session day.

4. Intake Form

You will be asked to complete a brief intake form prior to your session. This form helps your guide prepare and tune in to your energy before the day begins. Please complete it honestly and thoughtfully. Incomplete intake forms may result in a delayed or rescheduled session.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

•       Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session date will receive a full credit toward a future session (no cash refunds).

•       Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•       Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule per booking is permitted.

•       No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the personal and energetic nature of this work, refunds are not offered once a session has been completed or once the session day has begun. If you have a concern about your experience, please reach out directly so we can address it.

7. Disclaimer — Nature of Intuitive Guidance

Intuitive guidance is offered for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual support only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Your guide does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Results and insights vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following your session.

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared within your session is held in strict confidence. Your guide will not share, discuss, or disclose the content of your session with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

You agree to respect the privacy of the experience by not recording, publishing, or sharing session content without prior written consent from your guide.

9. Client Conduct

This is a respectful, heart-centered space. Your guide reserves the right to end a session without refund if a client engages in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate communication.
