Page count - print count on Amazon or after final formating. 

Page color - usually cream or white

Page trim - what you chose in formatting. Usually 5x8, 5.5x8.5, or 6x9

And anything else you want on the cover such as logos, social media contact, author headshot, or other things of that nature.
