By purchasing a reading, you agree to the following terms:

• No refunds will be issued for completed readings. Once your reading has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
• No refunds are available once 50% or more of the session has been completed, including partial email readings or live sessions where substantial insight has already been provided.
• Disliking your reading does not qualify for a refund. All readings are delivered with care, integrity, and intuitive accuracy. Interpretations may not always align with expectations, but that does not invalidate the service provided.
• For missed appointments (no-shows), 50% of your session fee is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will not be refunded, as your appointment slot and preparation time have already been reserved.
