I’m Dr. Micah McIntosh
Life scientist, creator, and founder of The Eudaimonia Institute by A Better Day.
I came into this work first as the patient—suffering with severe epilepsy. When modern medicine offered no lasting answers, my mother stepped in and took an active role in my healing. Her love and determination changed the course of my life—and inspired me to become the kind of doctor I needed.
Now, I help women, men, and families understand their symptoms, support their organs and glands, and reclaim vibrant health using my signature framework: The McIntosh Method.
After studying Life Sciences, I went on to master the body’s intricacies as a Chiropractor with a deep focus on the nervous system, which influences and informs all other systems of the body.
Rooted in biology, guided by story, and powered by soul—our work is designed to bring clarity, connection, and real solutions that allows you to get after your personal and professional goals with confidence and vigor!
