Hello everyone!

On here I will be uploading all of the notes I created during my physiology class which helped me receive an A.

My study method with these notes was to read them out loud 2x a day ( once in the morning and once before bed) for two weeks before an exam and for any extra information I couldn’t specifically remember I would write it down on a whiteboard until I finally understood it.

I know Anatomy and Physiology may seem challenging but it is all about repetition and it can be done!

I hope these notes can help you and I will keep working to improving them!
