Infant Massage

This bundle includes two infant massage videos designed to help you connect with your baby through gentle, responsive touch.

One massage focuses on supporting sensitive nervous systems and is especially helpful for premature infants, NICU graduates, medically complex babies, highly sensitive babies, or any infant who benefits from a slower, more regulated approach. You'll learn how to use gentle touch and containment, support regulation, and create positive bonding experiences while following your baby's cues without overwhelming developing sensory systems.

The other massage is designed for full-term babies who are ready for more interactive touch. This approach supports bonding, digestion, sleep, body awareness, sensory development, and overall regulation as your baby grows.
