Still

This film is deeply touching because it captures, with honesty, the isolation and desperation a mother feels in the aftermath of a stillbirth. It was hard to watch, but even harder to turn away, its quiet courage is lingering long after the final frame.

A Poignant Story That Stays With You

First of all, you’re immediately drawn in by the beautiful music and cinematic photography, which set such a hauntingly beautiful tone for the emotional journey ahead. Over the next 15 minutes, you follow a woman navigating moments of grief, healing, and ultimately joy. The lead actress is captivating, bringing such beauty, vulnerability, and emotional depth to the role that you feel connected to her from the very beginning.

The film is bittersweet, moving, and deeply poignant, allowing you to connect with the protagonist through both her pain and the strength she eventually finds within herself. I definitely recommend this film it’s beautifully crafted, emotionally resonant, and stays with you long after it ends.
