Apathy

"APATHY" is a visceral exploration of the "chosen fate." It follows the final moments of a life caught in the cycle of "street insanity," where the truth is only realized at the point of no return; the "finality" of a curb-side tragedy. The poem challenges the idea that "ignorance is bliss," reframing it as a form of "voluntary suicide" that leads to a closed case and a shut door.

Rooted in the heavy truths of Romans 1:18-32, the work explores the spiritual and psychological cost of suppressing the truth. It is a call to "Wake Up!" before the dream of indifference becomes a permanent premonition.
