There is a big gap in the fitness industry when it comes to building your physique whilst eating plants, along with taking an intuitive approach over rigid calorie and macro tracking.

Vegans are often told by their PT's you can't get lean because it has 'too many carbs'.

There's still a stigma that you will be pale, weak and basically 'fade away'.


It IS possible to build muscle on a plant-based diet when you plan your meals correctly, paired with long-term consistent habits such as weight lifting and challenging your body through exercise.
