About the Author
Dr Kat Eghdamian is a writer, sociologist and educator whose work explores spiritual integrity: how we bring what we believe, how we live and how we contribute into greater coherence.
Informed by her spiritual convictions, academic training and lived experience, she explores the life of the soul, what our experiences teach us, and the social conditions that shape our choices. Her work connects spiritual understanding with the everyday questions of work, relationships, ambition, responsibility and service.
She holds a PhD from UCL and an MPhil from Oxford, and shares her work through essays, speaking and individual mentoring.
